장비개요
정자미세주입술(ICSI)에서 Nuclear를 눈으로 확인할 수 있으며 핵치환(Nuclaer transfer)에서 난자의 핵을 관찰하면서 transfer 함으로써 실험의 성공률을 높일 수 있다. 염색을 하지 않고 oocyte의 이미지를 촬영할 수 있어 촬영된 oocyte를 그대로 다시 실험에 이용할 수 있으며 촬영된 이미지로 oocyte의 상태를 데이터로 분석
